Life Insurance Rate Quotes Comparison

Life Insurance Rate Quotes Comparison

(Best Syndication) There are many types of insurance available and life insurance is probably the one that we never want to think about. Best Syndication has put together a life insurance rate comparison chart for a man born on January 1st 1970. Why that date? This is a good age for a man to consider life insurance.

Life insurance is created to protect a family and their assets in the event of the death of the “bread winner”. Many individuals in their early 20s do not have a family and thus little need for life insurance. But as we age our responsibilities increase. This is the time we need to consider some sort of protection.

There are several variables involved in computing life insurance including age and health risk. The lowest rate determined for a $750,000 of coverage was $50 per month. This was term life insurance for a “preferred” customer.

The preferred customer is not the most desirable customer. The most desirable customer is the “Best” class life insurance customer. To get a quote we also chose “never a smoker” as a criterion.

Life insurance rates may vary from state to state as well. For our survey we chose California. We also chose a policy with a 20 year term.

So how did the companies stack-up? Back in January we found that Ing Direct, Banner Life and West Coast Life were the lowest. Their rate was $50 per month. Genworth Financial came in at $52 per month. Lincoln Financial Group and North American Company for Life Insurance came in at $54 per month.

We have now conducted a new survey. Since January we have found little change. Banner Direct has and Ing Direct were still just $50 per month. Genworth is now charging $52 for the same policy. Lincoln and North American Company are still charging $54 but West Coast Life is now charging $55 per month.
